Debtors and Creditors Clerk
Our client is an internationally recognized grower, packer and exporter of citrus fruit and table grapes. Their farms and packhouses are situated across the Western Cape, with their head office in Bellville. They require the services of a Debtors & Creditors Clerk at their production unit in Piketberg. This position will report to the Admin Manager and is available immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Debtors: Invoicing & credit notes, queries, maintaining of aged analysis, account reconciliations
- Creditors: Invoicing and credit notes, queries, account reconciliations, preparations for payments
- Assist with month end procedures
- General administration
Requirements:
- Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
- Computer literate (MS Office – Excel advanced)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong administrative skills
- This is an office-based position, and it is expected of the ideal candidate to work at their offices in Piketberg
- Own accommodation and transport
