Bookkeeper (Bellville)
Our client is an internationally recognised grower, packer and exporter of citrus fruit and table grapes with production units and packhouses located across the Western Cape.
They are seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team at Niche Fruit, a joint venture with Tribon (Pty) Ltd. This role demands an individual with exceptional accuracy, an unwavering focus on financial precision, and a sharp eye for even the smallest discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
- Full creditors and debtors function
- Managing cash books
- Assisting with month-end procedures
- Bookkeeping up to trial balance
- Preparing and loading electronic payments
- Performing other finance-related duties as needed
Requirements:
- Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification (degree/diploma)
- A minimum of 3 years’ bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and an accounting package
- Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team and handle tasks effectively
The following will count in your favour:
- Experience in Microsoft Business Central ERP or similar financial software
- Background in the farming industry
