Debtors Controller

Our client is an internationally recognized grower, packer and exporter of citrus fruit and table grapes. Their farms and packhouses are situated across the Western Cape, with their head office in Bellville. They have an opportunity to for a Debtors Controller to join their team. This office-based position will be located at their head office in Bellville.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of foreign debtor’s invoices /credit notes
  • Follow up on sales orders, stock updates
  • Processing of all sales invoices and credits on Microsoft Business Central
  • Maintaining of age analysis/sales summaries
  • Sales invoice reconciliations
  • Statements to clients
  • Daily processing of currency rates on Microsoft Business Central
  • Assist with month end procedures
  • Assist with general admin in the finance department
  • Any ad hoc duty that might be required of you from time to time

 Requirements:

  • Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience
  • Computer literate (MS office – Excel intermediary)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong administrative skills
