Remhoogte Boerdery in Grabouw verbou, verpak, verkoel en bemark appels en pere op sowat 330 geplante hektare. Toekomstige groei noodsaak die dienste van ‘n bedrewe Menslike Hulpbronpraktisyn as afdelingshoof. Hierdie is ‘n senior pos en rapporteer direk aan die besturende direkteur.
Verantwoordelikehede:
- Bestuur en ondersteun werwing, keuring en induksie
- Bestuur van looninligting
- Stel ’n menslike hulpbronplan op volgens die maatskappy se verwagtinge en die Diensbillikheidsplan
- Bestuur en hanteer dissiplinêre en grieweprosedures
- Bevorder goeie werksverhoudinge
- Stel standaarde met betrekking tot arbeidsverhoudinge & arbeidswetgewing.
- Verteenwoordig die maatskappy oor geskille by die KVBA
- Bystand met die opstel ooreenkomste & werksplek beleide
- Fasiliteer en koördineer bestuurs-/werkerkomitee vergaderings
- Opstel van Diensbillikheid- en Vaardigheidsplan
- Koördineering alle opleiding
- Opstel en byhou van indiensneming & kontrakte
- Bystand en fasiliteering van prestasiestelsels
- Bystand met samestelling van bevoegdheidsprofiele
- Verwerking van versoeke om personeelbeweging
- Bestuur die werknemerbystandsprogram (EAP)
- Algemene menslike hulpbron- en vergoedingsadministrasie
- Bestuur van akkreditasieprosesse (SIZA,EUROGAP,TESCO,GlobalGAP,ander) asook die toesien dat alle wetlike verpligtinge nagekom word
Vereistes:
- Toepaslike kwalifikasie in Menslike Hulpbronne (B. Tech of Diploma of soortgelyk. ‘n Toepaslike graad kan in die kandidaat se guns tel.)
- 3 jaar ondervinding as ’n menslike hulpbronpraktisyn in ’n produksieomgewing
- Tweetalig (Engels en Afrikaans)
- Sterk leierskap- en interpersoonlike vaardighede
- Goeie kommunikasievaardighede (mondeling en skriftelik)
- Goeie rekenaarvaardighede, veral MS Excel
- Kliëntgerigtheid
- Spanspeler met inisiatief
- Strategiese bestuursvaardighede

Remhoogte Boerdery in Grabouw grows, packs, cools and markets apples and pears on about 330 planted hectares. Future growth necessitates the services of an accomplished Human Resource Practitioner as division head. This is a senior position and reports directly to the managing director.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support recruitment, selection and induction
- Manage payroll information
- Establish a Human Resource Plan according to the company’s expectations and the Employment Equity Plan
- Manage and handle disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Promote good working relationships
- Set standards in relation to labour relations and labour legislation
- Represent the company on disputes at the CCMA
- Assist with drafting agreements & workplace policies
- Facilitate and coordinate management/worker committee meetings
- Drafting of Employment Equity and Skills Plan
- Coordination of all training
- Drafting and maintaining employment & contracts
- Assistance and facilitation of performance systems
- Assistance with the compilation of competency profiles
- Processing personnel movement requests
- Manage the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
- General human resources and compensation administration
- Management of accreditation processes (SIZA, EUROGAP, TESCO, GlobalGAP, others) as well as ensuring that all legal obligations are met
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources (B. Tech or Diploma or similar. A relevant degree may count in the candidate’s favor.)
- 3 years of experience as a human resource practitioner in a production environment
- Bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good computer skills, especially MS Excel
- Client centered
- Team player with initiative
- Strategic management skills
