Advanced HR for HR Managers
The purpose of the programme:
Recent and ongoing research clearly indicates that the role of the human resources practitioner has migrated extensively towards integrated HR and business solutions and will continue to migrate as such.
In order to lay a foundation for this next level of thinking and work requirement, this intensive 4 or 5-day programme, staggered over a number of iterations, will stretch the thinking of the senior HR Practitioner that has practiced successfully in HR, but who requires the theoretical foundation to enter the journey of being repositioned for further business value add.
