 Social & Certification Audits Coordinator: Agriculture

The main purpose of this position is to ensure a steady pipeline and effective coordination of audits for the Audits Department of Partner Africa through general administrative operations, planning and coordination of audits throughout Africa, tracking follow-up activities and supporting with coordination of associates and lead auditors travel arrangements for Agriculture SMETA audits and GLOBALG.A.P audits across Africa.

 

The main duties and responsibilities:

  • Sales and relevant administrative tasks
  • Scheduling of audits

Requirements:

  • Diploma in public relations, client services, administration, sales; OR
  • A minimum of 3 years’ hands on experience in planning, coordination and reporting on services delivered in a busy private sector setting
  • Previous experience in scheduling of GLOBALG.A.P. or social compliance audits will be an advantage.
  • Computer knowledge – use of Salesforce database and an ability to manipulate data
  • Interpersonal skills with strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities
  • Positive and customer orientated attitude
  • Able to work independently
  • Workload prioritization and ability to meet deadlines in a pressured environment
  • Excellent organizing skills
  • Meticulous and attentive to detail
  • A team player with a proven ability to multitask
  • Able to demonstrate high levels of honesty and integrity
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
