Debtors Clerk (Bellville)

Our client is an internationally recognized grower, packer and exporter of citrus fruit and table grapes. Their farms and packhouses are situated across the Western Cape, with their head office in Bellville. They require the services of a Debtors Clerk at their head office in Bellville.

 Responsibilities:

  • Processing of foreign debtors invoices/credit notes
  • Follow up on sales orders, stock updates
  • Processing of sales invoices and credits on NAV
  • Maintaining of age analysis/sales summaries
  • Sales invoice reconciliations
  • Statements for clients
  • Daily processing of currency rates on NAV
  • Assist with month-end procedures
  • Assist with general admin in the finance department
  • Ad-hoc tasks when required

 Requirements:

  • Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum of three years’ relevant experience
  • Computer literate (MS Office with advanced Excel)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong administrative skills
