Ons kliënt is ‘n familie landbou besigheid in die Elgin vallei betrokke in die produksie, verpakking, verkoeling, logistiek en bemarking van appels en pere. Die maatskappy beskik tans oor die posisie van Menslike Hulpbron Bestuurder in hul groeiende besigheid.
Die geskikte kandidaat sal deel vorm van ‘n dinamiese senior bestuurspan en direk aan die hoof uitvoerende beampte sal rapporteer.
Die pos behels die oorhoofse bestuur van die volle menslike hulpbronfunksie van die besigheid.
Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal:
- Oor uitstaande bestuursvermoë beskik
- Die vermoë hê om mense te inspireer en goeie verhoudinge te kan bou en handhaaf
- Prestasie bestuur oor alle vlakke in die maatskappy fasiliteer
- Menslike hulpbron bestuurservaring hê
- Goeie kennis van die Wet op Basiese Diensvoorwaardes, Sektorale Vasstelling en beroepsveiligheid
- ‘n Passie vir primêre landbou hê
Toepaslike tersiêre opleiding en ‘n Afrika taal magtig sal in die aansoeker se guns tel.

Our client is a family agricultural business in the Elgin valley engaged in production, packaging, refrigeration, logistics and marketing of apples and pears. The company currently has a vacancy for Human Resource Manager in their growing business.
The suitable candidate will form part of a dynamic senior management team and will report directly to the CEO.
The position involves the overall management of the full human resource function of the business.
The successful candidate will:
- Possess outstanding management skills
- Ability to inspire people and build and maintain good relationships
- Facilitate performance management across all levels in the company
- Have human resources management experience
- Good knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment, Sectoral Determination and occupational safety
- Have a passion for primary agriculture
An appropriate tertiary education and proficiency in an African language will count in the applicant’s favour.
