Produksie Bestuurder / Production Manager (Witzenberg Area)

Ons kliënt in die Witzenberg-area verlang die dienste van ‘n selfgemotiveerde  en doelwit gedrewe individu om by hul aan te sluit as ‘n Produksie Bestuurder in die Witzenberg-omgewing.

 Verantwoordelikhede

  • Kontrole en effektiewe bestuur van alle produksiefasette (snoei, uitdun, kunsmis en besproeing) van betrokke vrugtesoorte (steen- en kernvrugte)
  • Effektiewe rekordhouding
  • Effektiewe en doelgerigte bestuur van werksmag vir ‘n afdeling insluitend Toesighouers

 Vereistes

  • ’n Toepaslike naskoolse kwalifikasie en opleiding in Landbou met ten minste 4 jaar soortgelyke ervaring as ’n Produksie Bestuurder
  • Goeie organiseringsvermoëns
  • Vermoë om onafhanklik te kan bestuur
  • Eerlik, dinamies en hardwerkend (“hands on”)
  • Goeie menseverhoudinge
  • Administrasie- en rekenaarsvaardighede

Our client in the Witzenberg area requires the services of a self-motivated and goal driven individual to join them as a Production Manager in the Witzenberg area.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Control and effective management of all production aspects (pruning, thinning, fertilizer and irrigation) of relevant fruit types (stone and pome fruit)
  • Effective record keeping
  • Effective and targeted workforce management for a division including Supervisors

 

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification and training in Agriculture with at least 4 years’ similar experience as a Production Manager
  • Good organizing abilities
  • Ability to manage independently
  • Honest, dynamic and hardworking (“hands on”)
  • Good interpersonal relations
  • Administrative and computer literate
