Finance/Admin Assistant (Malmesbury area)
Our client, situated in the Malmesbury region, is a well-established producer of premium table grapes and citrus. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin / Finance Assistant to join their team.
This office-based role involves supporting the finance and admin department with tasks such as creditor/debtor reconciliations, purchase order processing, stock control, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is organised, reliable, and ready to thrive in a dynamic farm environment.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Administration: Process and reconcile creditors and debtors according to the company’s standard operating procedures
- General Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative assistance, including handling purchase orders, stock control, and other related tasks
- HR Support: Assist with HR-related administrative duties as required
- Additional Administrative Tasks: Undertake any other admin, audit or finance department-related administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum education: Grade 12 or equivalent
- Experience: At least two years in a similar role
- Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Attention to detail: Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all tasks
- Administrative skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking

- Additional skills (Beneficial): Experience with Crest, Farm Costing Solutions, or Farm Manager software is a plus.
