HR Administrator
Our client is an established producer, packer and exporter of citrus and table grapes with production units and pack houses in the Western Cape. They are looking for a dynamic and detail-driven Finance Manager to take ownership of their financial operations and play a key role in driving business success.
This role is perfect for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for continuous improvement. This office-based position is based at their head office in Bellville, Western Cape and will report to the Group Finance Manager.
Duties:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including placing job adverts, scheduling interviews, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding of employees (contracts, documentation, inductions, exit procedures)
- Prepare HR reports, statistics, and documentation as required
- Assist in coordinating training, CSI & wellness initiatives, and HR-related events
- Handle employee queries related to policies, leave, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour legislation, and internal HR procedures
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and HR team
Requirements:
- Relevant HR qualification (degree or diploma)
- At least 6 years’ HR admin experience
- Agriculture industry experience is an advantage
- Strong organisational & MS Office skills
- Confidential, accurate & people-focused
- Willingness to travel as needed from time to time
