Receptionist and Marketing Coordinator

Our client in the property industry is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join their team as their Receptionist and Marketing Coordinator. This position is based in Paarl.

Main duties:

  • Front office and reception
  • General office administration
  • Real estate administration and support
  • Marketing and communication

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
  • 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing
  • Proficient in Canva and social media platforms
