‘n Geleenteid vir ’n Senior Produksiebestuurder het ontstaan op ‘n plaas in die Villiersdorp omgewing.

Die dienste van ’n energieke en hardwerkende persoon met ‘n passie vir boerdery  word benodig om ‘n eenheid ten volle te kan bestuur.

Pligte sal behels die bestuur van alle produksie aktiwiteite eie aan so ’n pos asook die handhawing van gehaltebestuurstelsels (Globalgap,Siza).

Vereistes:

  • Matriek met ’n landbougerigte -kwalifikasie en meer as 10 jaar ervaring in die vrugte verbouing
  • Tegniese agtergrond relevant tot kernvrugte verbouing
  • Sal oor die vermoë beskik om ‘n hele eenheid selfstandig te bestuur met ondergeskiktes
  • Goeie menseverhoudinge en kommunikasie vermoëns
  • Basiese rekenaarvaardighede (Excel)

Senior Production Manager (Apples & Pears)

An opportunity for a Senior Production Manager arose on a farm in the Villiersdorp area. The services of an energetic and hardworking person with a passion for farming are required to be able to fully manage a unit.

Duties will involve the management of all production activities specific to such a position as well as the maintenance of quality management systems (Globalgap, Siza).

Requirements:

  • Matric with an agricultural qualification and more than 10 years of experience in fruit cultivation
  • Technical background relevant to pome fruit cultivation
  • The ability to manage an entire unit with subordinates
  • Good human relations and communication abilities
  • Basic Computer Skills (Excel)
