Electrician

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high quality small and large-scale fruit and vegetable grading and sorting equipment. They are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join their team. This position is based Paarl.

Main duties:

Perform preventative maintenance on all electronic control systems
Perform call-out and standby duties in order to ensure business continuity

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
A Qualified Electrical Trade Test (Trade Certificate) will be advantageous;
3-5 years’ practical experience in a maintenance environment including PLC programming
Must be able to work independently without supervision
