Financial Manager

Our client is a producer-packer-exporter of citrus situated in the Citrusdal area. They are seeking to appoint a hands-on Financial Manager to perform the day-to-day financials and assist the CFO.

Main duties:

  • Budget & cash flow management
  • Financial management and reporting
  • Internal controls
  • Cost analysis, management & reporting
  • System optimization
  • Management of day-to-day operational accounting processes

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (CA/CIMA)
  • At least 2 years post SAICA Articles experience
  • Experience in agriculture, manufacturing, and/or processing sector will count in the candidate’s favour
  • Good computer skills (ERP systems and advanced Excel)
  • Detail and results focused
  • Deadline driven
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Energetic and a self-starter
