Packhouse Manager

Our client, a citrus grower based in Kirkwood, Eastern Cape is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Packhouse Manager to join their operation.

Main duties:

  • Production management
  • Quality management
  • Personnel management
  • Degreening facility management
  • Adjustments to optical sorter
  • Cost management

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with at least 5 years’ experience in citrus production
  • Mechanical knowledge
  • Knowledge of optical machines
  • Self-packing experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Valid driver’s license
