Ons kliënt spesialiseer in vrugte verbouing en hulle beskik tans oor ‘n opwindende geleentheid vir ‘n geskikte persoon om ondervinding te kry in ‘n sitrus en sagte vrugte pakstoor. Hierdie pos is in die Citrusdal omgewing geleë.

Pligte en verantwoordelikhede:

  • Bestuur van paklyn
  • Bestuur van gerekenariseerde verpakkingsprogramme
  • Optimalisering van gerekenariseerde paklynmasjienerie en verpakkingsprogramme met die fokus op effektiwiteit en produktiwiteit bestuur
  • Optimale benutting van alle produkte
  • Monitering en instandhouding van masjien onderhoudskedule
  • Effektiewe personeelbestuur
  • Administrasie en instandhouding van alle geakkrediteerde stelsels, soos bv. voedselveiligheid
  • Verseker goeie huishouding praktyk

Minimum Vereistes:

  • Graad 12 met ‘n bedryfsingenieur kwalifikasie (besig met ‘n bedryfsingenieur kwalifikasie)
  • Aanleg vir tegnologie en inligtingstegnologie
  • Meganiese aanleg (masjienerie)
  • Insig vir stelselverbetering
  • Goeie mensebestuursvaardighede
  • In staat om in ‘n multi-dissiplineomgewing te kan werk
  • Goeie kommunikasievaardighede
  • Vermoë omonder druk te kan werk
  • Fokus op detail
  • Bereid wees om na -ure werk te verrig

Our client specialising in fruit production, currently has an exciting opportunity for a suitable person to gain experience in a citrus and soft fruit packing store. This position is located in the Citrusdal area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Packing line management
  • Management of computerised packaging programs
  • Optimizing packing line machinery and computerised packaging program with a focus on efficiency and productivity management
  • Optimal utilization of all products
  • Monitoring and maintenance of machine maintenance schedule
  • Effective personnel management
  • Monitoring and maintenance of all accredited systems, such as food safety
  • Ensure good housekeeping practice

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with a qualification in industrial engineering (or studying towards a an industrial engineering qualification)
  • Aptitude for technology and information technology
  • Mechanical aptitude (machinery)
  • Insight towards systems improvement
  • Good people management skills
  • Being able to work in a multi-discipline environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Focus on detail
  • Be prepared to work after-hours
