HopkinsCoetzee Genote is ‘n span konsultante wat menslike hulpbronkonsultasiedienste en advies aan hoofaaklik die landboubedryf verskaf. Ons spesialiseer veral in werwing, menslikehulpbronbestuur en opleiding.

Ons is tans op soek na ‘n toepaslik gekwalifiseerde en ervare individu om by ons span aan te sluit as ‘n Werwer. Hierdie pos is in die Paarl gebaseer en word slegs op ‘n kommissiebasis aangebied.

Verantwoordelikhede sluit in, maar is nie beperk nie, tot die volgende:

  • Verkryging van geskikte kandidate deur gebruik te maak van ons uitgebreide databasis, sosiale media, direkte werwing, ens.
  • Evaluering van aansoekers se relevante kennis, vaardighede, ervaring en aanleg met betrekking tot beskikbare vakatures
  • Voer van onderhoude met behulp van verskillende betroubare werwings- en keuringsinstrumente / -metodes om kandidate te filter
  • Tree op as ‘n kontakpunt en bou invloedryke kandidaat- en kliënte verhoudinge tydens die keuringsproses
  • Betrokke raak by ander aspekte, behalwe werwing, soos kontraktering, vergoeding en algemene ondersteuning aan kliënte ten opsigte van hulle MH behoeftes

Vereistes:

  • Graad 12 met ‘n toepaslike kwalifikasie in Menslike Hulpbronbestuur
  • Ten minste 5 jaar ondervinding as werwer
  • ‘n Baie sterk begrip van talentbestuur
  • ‘n Begrip en ervaring van die landboubedryf sal voordelig wees
  • Praktiese ervaring met verskillende keuringsprosesse (video-onderhoudvoering, telefoononderhoude, verwysingskontroles, ens.)
  • Uitstekende kommunikasie- en interpersoonlike vaardighede
  • Vermoë om kliënt- en kandidaatverhoudings te bou en te onderhou
  • Sterk besluitnemingsvaardighede

HopkinsCoetzee Associates is a team of consultants who provide human resource consulting services and advice to the agricultural industry. We specialise in recruitment, human resource management and training.

We are currently looking for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Recruiter. This position is based in Paarl and is only offered on a commission basis.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Sourcing suitable candidates using our extensive database, social media, direct recruitment, etc.
  • Evaluation of applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitude in relation to available vacancies
  • Conducting interviews using various reliable recruitment and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
  • Acts as a point of contact and builds influential candidate and client relationships during the selection process
  • Become involved in other aspects besides recruitment, such as contracting, remuneration and general support to clients regarding their HR needs.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with a relevant qualification in Human Resource Management
  • At least 5 years’ experience working as a recruiter
  • A very strong understanding of talent management
  • An understanding of the agricultural industry will be advantageous
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and sustain client and candidate relationships
  • Strong decision-making skills
