Assistant Wine Tasting Room Manager
Our client based in Stellenbosch is seeking to appoint an Assistant Wine Tasting Room Manager to join their team.
Duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Assisting with the management of all daily operations in the Tasting Room
- Conducting of tutored wine tastings
- Cellar tours and vineyard tours
- Daily cash-ups, daily stock control
- Casual staff management and training
- Management of Wine Club sales
- Correspondence with clients
- Assisting with local trade wine tastings
- Achieving monthly and annual wine sales targets in accordance with budgeted sales
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have relevant work experience within the industry, be proficient in English, presentable, target driven, service orientated, business minded, computer literate and reside within Stellenbosch with own reliable transport.
