Services and Maintenance Manager / Dienste- en Instandhoudingsbestuurder

Our client is a grower, packer and exporter of fruit in South Africa. They are currently looking for a suitable person to join their company as the Services and Maintenance Manager in the Piketberg area.

 Main responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the cooling plant
  • Maintenance of the packing plant
  • Managing all service delivery
  • Management of premises maintenance
  • Workshop management
  • Personnel management

 Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Qualified refrigeration technician (Ammonia plant)
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience at an ammonia plant
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in warehouse maintenance and refrigeration
  • Good knowledge of warehouse machinery and electronics
  • Strong communication and human skills
  • Good management skills

Ons kliënt is ‘n produsent, verpakker en uitvoerder van vrugte in Suid-Afrika. Hulle is tans op soek na ‘n geskikte persoon om by hul maatskappy aan te sluit as die Dienste- en Instandhoudingsbestuurder in die Piketberg-omgewing.

 Hoof verantwoordelikhede:

  • Onderhoud van die verkoelingsaanleg
  • Onderhoud van die verpakkingsaanleg
  • Bestuur van alle diensleweringe
  • Bestuur van perseel onderhoud
  • Bestuur van werkswinkel
  • Bestuur van personeel

Vereistes:

  • Graad 12
  • Gekwalifiseerde verkoelingstegnikus (Ammonia aanleg)
  • Minimum 5 jaar toepaslike ervaring op ‘n ammoniak aanleg
  • Minimum 5 jaar toepaslike ervaring in die onderhoud van pakhuise en verkoeling
  • Goeie kennis van pakhuis masjinerie en elektronika
  • Sterk kommunikasie- en mens vaardighede
  • Goeie bestuursvaardighede
