The incumbent will report to the Regional Coordinator and will be responsible for:

• Profitable management of the store
• Budget management
• Inventory management
• Coordination, motivation, and management of staff
• Safety Standards Management
• Administrative and asset management
• Expanding market share
• Promotion management

Applicants must possess the following:

• Grade 12 qualification
• At least 5 years’ of retail management experience
• Thorough knowledge of the agricultural industry
• Healthy human relationships with good communication skills
• Initiative
• Computer literacy and administrative skills
• Good leadership qualities

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays: 7.30 –17:00 / Saturdays 8:00–13:00
