Ons kliënt in die Paarl is tans is op soek na ’n ervare en resultaatsgedrewe Produksiebestuurder om die produksie van hoë-gehalte tafeldruiwe vir uitvoer te bestuur. Hierdie rol bied ’n unieke geleentheid vir ’n kandidaat wat ’n passie het vir landbou, mensebestuur en operasionele uitnemendheid.
Doel van die Pos
Om die effektiewe en volhoubare produksie van hoë-gehalte tafeldruiwe te bestuur deur optimale benutting van hulpbronne, nakoming van uitvoer- en akkreditasie standaarde, en die lewering van opbrengs- en kwaliteitsteikens.
Posvereistes:
- Diploma of graad in Landbou
- Minimum 5 jaar relevante ondervinding in ’n soortgelyke rol
Sleutel Verantwoordelikhede:
- Bestuur van tafeldruiwe produksie om opbrengs- en kwaliteitsteikens te bereik
- Beplanning en uitvoering van oes-, besproeiings- en spuitprogramme
- Monitering en bestuur van plaag- en siektebeheer
- Verseker nakoming van uitvoer- en akkreditasie standaarde (bv. GlobalG.A.P., SIZA)
- Bestuur van arbeidsmag, produktiwiteit en spanprestasie
- Kostebestuur en monitering van insetkostes
- Akkurate rekordhouding en verslagdoening
- Samewerking met pakhuise en logistiek om uitvoerkwaliteit te verseker

- Sterk leierskap en mensebestuur
- Uitstekende beplanning, organisasie en operasionele uitvoering
- Detail- en kwaliteitgedrewe met sterk tegniese insig in tafeldruiwe
- Data-gedrewe besluitneming (opbrengs, kwaliteit, koste per hektaar)
- Goeie finansiële insig en kostebestuur
- Proaktief, resultaatgedrewe en in staat om onder druk te presteer

Our client in Paarl is currently looking for an experienced and result-driven Production Manager to manage the production of high-quality table grapes for export. This role presents an unique opportunity for a candidate who has a passion for agriculture, people management, and operational excellence.
Purpose of the Position
To manage the effective and sustainable production of high-quality table grapes through optimal utilization of resources, compliance with export and accreditation standards, and the delivery of yield and quality targets.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Agriculture
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing table grape production to meet yield and quality targets
• Planning and execution of harvesting, irrigation, and spraying programs
• Monitoring and management of Pest and Disease Control
• Ensure compliance with export and accreditation standards (e.g. GlobalG.A.P., SIZA)
• Workforce management, productivity, and team performance
• Cost management and monitoring of input costs
• Accurate record-keeping and reporting
• Cooperation with warehouses and logistics to ensure export quality
Skills and Qualities:
• Strong leadership and people management
• Excellent planning, organization, and operational execution
• Detail and quality-driven with strong technical insight into table grapes
• Data-driven decision-making (yield, quality, cost per hectare)
• Good financial insight and cost management
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure
