Sectoral Determination 13 (FARM WORKERS)

The Department of Labour is planning to have national public hearings regarding the revision of the Sec 13, to be implemented from 1 March 2016.

The following dates for the Western Cape have been set (times and venues are not available as yet).

We encourage producers and other interested parties to attend and to raise any issue or concern that might exist.
