  The rate per kilometer is fixed by the Minister of Finance and currently is  R4.84 per kilometer (from 1 March 2024).

As from the 1st of APRIL 2024, the earnings threshold will be increased from R241110.59 per annum (R20092.54 per month) to R254371.67 (R21197.63 per month). Read more here: Labour Guide
